The Lodge owns 24 acres of prime property on High Rock Lake. We have a boat ramp, beach area, 47 sites, with 3 of them temporary lots that can be used for traveling Elks when available, with water and electric hook-ups, a big shelter with showers and kitchen area, a horseshoe pit, a beach area, and observation decks for fishing and watching the boats go by. If you are a Salisbury Elk Member, you can contact River park Representative for the form to complete and return.  Your name will then be added to the waiting list.  You can email at salisburyelksriverpark@gmail.com if you are interested in camping on a temporary spot or tent camping.

• The river park is restricted to members and associate members who are in good standing. Visiting/Traveling Elks from other lodges can reserve camping sites if there are any available and by reserving in advance.

• Visitors and guests are subject to all rules and regulations of the River Park and are the responsibility of the member.

• Members not in good standing can not visit ANY facility of the lodge, including the River park.

• Electronic Gate Key Cards available thru the River park representative for $25.00.  One key per Salisbury Elk in Good Standing.

• For reservations call the lodge at 704-636-1161 and leave a voice mail and/or text Connie Griffin, RP rep.  at 704-213-1011 or fill out the contact form with your requested dates and contact information. YOU WILL NEED TO GET A GATE KEY or KEY Code(traveling Elks) thru River park Representative prior to visiting the river park!

• Be advised that most lots that are available for daily and weekly rental are back off the water.

Directions: I-85 exit 81 Long Ferry road (near Spencer and 5 miles north of Salisbury) Go East 5 miles on curvy winding road. When you see a sign that says "Road ends 1000 ft" turn right on the gravel road. There's an Elks and Moose sign marking the entrance.
